Please note the following Terms and Conditions:

 

• The loyalty program excludes treatment packages and courses.
• Loyalty points cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
• Points hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points are valid for two years from the date of issue.

You can view your points balance at the bottom of your booking confirmation email or by accessing your account on our website.

 

To redeem your points, please email us with your request, including your preferred date and time for your next booking.
